Can I include a personalized gift message in my gift purchase?
You sure can! When you add an item to your cart, just let us know in the "please note if this is a gift" message box and enter your gift message in the same box. Please keep it short and sweet and we'll take care of the rest!

How will I know that my gift order arrived?
Every order has a tracking number, so you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
Currently, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address upon checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are only shipping to the US and Canada at this time, but we are in the process of expanding availability into new countries. So please check back with us periodically. In the meantime, feel free to contact us and let us know you want us to start shipping to your town.
I didn’t receive my order by the expected delivery date. What should I do?
First, track your package using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Follow-up with the carrier, if needed, or contact us for help.

Are international orders charged in USD or in my local currency?
We currently accept payments in USD and CAD. Please use the currency selector in the main menu on our home page to select your preferred payment currency.
Some banks and credit card issuers outside of the United States may charge extra international transaction fees even if your credit card is charged in the local currency. Please check with your local bank or credit card company for more details associated with your payment method.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Exchanges are initially processed as returns. Please read our return policy for eligibility details and more.
What is the best way to care for my Rad Royals satin pillowcase?
Rad Royals satin pillowcases can be machine washed in cold water. Wash them in a mesh laundry bag for extra protection if you'd like. Line dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat.

The best way to care for your Rad Royals pillow is to spot clean the affected area with water and a mild fabric detergent, if needed. Do not submerge the pillow in water. Let the spot air dry.
Is your packaging recyclable?
It sure is! 100% of our packaging is recyclable and all of our shipping boxes and mailers are made with 100% recycled content. Our packing peanuts are biodegradable and dissolve instantly in water, so go ahead and wash them down the drain! (Kids love it!) Check your local recycling rules for proper recycling instructions.
